Processing Time All The Praya candles are small-batch and handcrafted with care. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders under $50 at checkout
Delivery Time Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within the US. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Fragile Items — Handle With Care Our sculptural candles are delicate, handcrafted pieces. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
